Quality and Environmental Policy

CREATIVE PEOPLE, operating in IT services, design, implementation and support of networks, systems and IT applications, is active in both the Greek and international markets, guided by quality, environmental responsibility, and the protection of occupational health and safety.

The company has established and implements an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Information Security in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 27001:2022, with the following scope:

“Information Technology Services, Design, Implementation and Support of Network and Information Systems.”

The Management System has been designed and implemented based on analysis of the company’s operational context, taking into account internal and external factors, risks and opportunities, and the needs and expectations of interested parties. It is founded on the following management principles:

  • Understanding and meeting customer and stakeholder requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and other binding obligations
  • Systematic management of risks and opportunities
  • Continuous improvement of overall performance and effectiveness of the Management System

CREATIVE PEOPLE is committed to continuous improvement of the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System through measurable objectives, performance indicators, regular evaluation of results, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions where required.

CREATIVE PEOPLE personnel act responsibly and with environmental awareness, adopting principles of prevention, efficient use of resources, sustainability, and respect for the environment. The company also encourages its customers and partners to actively support its environmental commitments, contributing to the reduction of environmental impacts related to its activities.

Key drivers for adopting this Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Policy include:

Within the framework of continuous improvement, Management sets objectives for quality, development, environment, and occupational health & safety. These are reviewed annually for achievement, updated or replaced as required by developments and business needs.

Through this Policy, Management and staff collectively commit to:

  • Monitoring and complying with all obligations relating to quality, environment, and occupational health & safety
  • Identifying, evaluating, and controlling environmental aspects and OH&S risks arising from activities, including those of external providers
  • Protecting the natural environment and preventing degradation
  • Environmental protection including pollution prevention, sustainable resource use, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and protection of biodiversity and ecosystems
  • Minimizing and responsibly managing waste, promoting recycling
  • Continuous training and engagement of staff to achieve environmental goals, prevent pollution, preserve resources, and improve the Management System
  • Providing safe and healthy working conditions and preventing injury and occupational illness
  • Eliminating OH&S hazards where feasible
  • Protecting the health and safety of employees, partners, the local community, and the public
  • Protecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and assets
  • Delivering high-quality services to enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness
  • Staying informed about sector developments
  • Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers and expanding market coverage
  • Continuous improvement of services, working conditions, environmental practices, and the Management System through process evaluation and KPIs
  • Promoting open dialogue with stakeholders
  • Ensuring consultation and participation of employees on OH&S matters
  • Investigating root causes of problems and implementing corrective/preventive actions
  • Providing adequate human, material, and financial resources to support continuous improvement

Management ensures that this Policy is communicated, understood, implemented, and maintained at all organizational levels and serves as a binding operational framework for all personnel. External providers and stakeholders are encouraged to comply with its principles.

The Policy is periodically reviewed for ongoing suitability and adequacy and is available to employees, customers, suppliers, and interested parties.
